MARK YOUR CALENDARS. This is a wonderful opportunity for our St. Pius X parish family to work together to show our pride in our parish, as well as the community of Jamul. The JAMULFEST is a day filled with great fun, outstanding deep pit BBQ and lively entertainment by local groups. This is our biggest fundraiser of the year and helps cover the costs repairs and improvements to our aging facilities. In order for the JAMULFEST to be successful, our parish needs your help.
We are taking White Elephant donations. Any gently used items you can part with would be appreciated. But PLEASE NO electronics that do not work or furniture that has damage that can’t be easily repaired. We are no longer taking clothes or books. Also, if you are donating small, loose items, please box them in closable boxes to allow us to store them, otherwise, the few volunteers helping must individually re-pack your donation which takes a lot of time. Thank you again for your time, treasure and talent.
Distribution of our Grand Raffle tickets. These tickets provide the money we need to cover the cost of this event. Table and chair rental, porta potties, food supplies, etc. We have now reduced the envelope packet size to 20 tickets per envelope and these will now be initially distributed directly to you now in the pews. Please take a packet and if you would like additional tickets, packets are available as you exit Mass. Please return your packet with the ticket stubs and money direct to parish office or in the weekly collection. Please do so at your soonest opportunity. Additional tickets are available in the parish office. Must be 18 or older to participate in the Drawing.

Starting NOW sign-up sheets are out! This event is COMPLETELY DEPENDENT ON YOUR HELP! This is a great opportunity for individuals and families to help our parish while getting to know your fellow parishioners and our community as well. Sign up sheets are available as you exit Mass and will be in the Hall. We are only holding one ALL-HANDS meeting for this event and it will be next Sunday, 14 SEPT at 1:45 PM in Keenan Hall. Please make every effort to attend and learn the details and changes of this year’s event.
