VOLUNTEER SIGN-UPS

Listed below are Volunteer Opportunities for the days and weeks leading up to JamulFest as well as Volunteer Opportunities for the day of the Event and the day after. Please choose the activity(ies) where you are willing and able to help and fill in the required information.  Please sign up. Whether working a booth for an hour (or all day), baking a dessert (or 12), directing traffic or attending and supporting the event, your assistance is greatly appreciated!

     WHITE ELEPHANT BEFORE AND AFTER WORK PARTY
    6, 12, 13, 17 OCTOBER 2018 ** We need MEN also to help move heavy items**
    What is this? You get to sort and price donated items. POC is Chris Sauer, Juan Sabala

    CONSTRUCTION WORK PARTY-SAT 6 OCT, FRI 12 OCT, SAT 13 OCT

    BRING A DESSERT-Provide a Dessert for Sale at Jamulfest
    What is this? Bake your favorite dessert (or desserts) and bring them to the Parish Hall on SAT 13 OCT.

    DESSERT SERVERS
    What is this? You get to assist in pricing and selling desserts-a very SWEET opportunity. POC: Kim Perry

    FOOD SERVERS
    What is this? Make and serve sandwiches, plates, etc. POC: Tomas Chavez

    JAIL
    What is this? We need help running the "JAIL." The Sheriff mans the desk, the deputies go out and issue "citations" to those breaking the JamulFest LAW. We would like to have 1 Sheriff and 4 Deputies per shift. Prisoners must pay the fine to get out! Please help! POC: Joe Coppola

    KID'S BOUNCE HOUSE-Ride Attendants Needed Must be over 18 Yrs Old
    What is this? We need help collecting tickets and keeping the children in order for the Jump for Joy rides. GREAT job for a RESPONSIBLE teenager. PLEASE HELP. POC Laura Dray

    EVENT SECURITY-We need 2 people per shift (min) - please volunteer
    What is this? You get to watch over the event and make sure everyone is behaving. Some will patrol, some will be stationed at the white elephant (and will likely need to help the ladies there occasionally move stuff).

    What is this? Another COOL  job-literally. You get to help make and sell SNOW CONES.  POC: Joe Coppola

    SODA SERVER
    What is this? One of the cooler jobs. You get to help sell sodas.  POC: Joe Coppola

    TRAFFIC AND PARKING DIRECTORS
    What is this? We need help directing traffic and telling JamulFest visitors where to park. Safety vests and water provided. Please help!  POC: David Belus

    WHITE ELEPHANT SALE
    What is this? You get to assist in pricing and selling White Elephant merchandise the day of the event and provide security from theft. POC: Chris Sauer, Juan Sabala ** We need MEN also for helping move items and security**
